Does anyone know where to get these skills? I am a WARRIOR/MONK mix and I can't find it for some reason.........

I'm a W/Mo also. I think i got mine from Brother Mhenlo in Ashford Abbey in Pre-Searing Ascalon. You accept a quest from him and I think he gives you a few skills which I think one of them is either Retribution or Symbol of Wrath.
